When the President arrives to sign an order giving amnesty to aliens. At the DEO, the man who arrived in the craft, awakens and has powers like Supergirl and leaves. Kara begins her first day as a reporter just as Jimmy begins his as Cat's replacement. Snapper Carr doesn't show Jimmy respect and gives Kara a lame assignment. Supergirl goes to meet the President when there's an attack by someone with heat vision like Supergirl but since she's in front of the President, it's not her. They assume it's the man who came. They track him down and learn he's from the planet next to Krypton. He denies attacking the President but they lock him up anyway.
